Ve tri se navic trochu zdvihnul vitr, takze se nam zlepsilo zivotni prostredi, ktery my i nase deti dejchame -- netvrdim, ze ten vitr je tak uplne moje zasluha, ale jak se rika, co je doma, to se pocita. Do konzumu privezli zbozi uz ve dve a lidi si hned z prace nakoupili, takze se nam zvysila obcanska vybavenost. Ani jeden autobus mi odpoledne nevynechal a sami si odpovezte na otazku, kterej z nasich starostu tohle muze rict. Taky kriminalita mi ve sledovanym obdobi od pul druhy do sedmi klesla az na nulu, kdyz nepocitam mladyho Mlcocha, kterej v sest prevratil pred hospodou vsechny popelnice. Ja sam jsem taky nezahalel: srovnal jsem si veci do suflat, napsal jsem si krasopisne jmenovku na dvere a jeste jsem stihnul domluvit si tri dulezity pracovni schuzky. Ve ctyri jsem se dokonce dovolal i na okres -- kdo to nekdy zkusil, vi, o cem mluvim. Ve ctvrt na pet jsem sel a koupil jsem osobne na paragon nuzky, aby bylo konecne mozny prestrihavat slavnostni pasky, protoze uz to byla ostuda. Marus v sekretariate mi je hnedko proplatila, takze jestli mi nekdo nemuze neco vytykat, tak je to to, ze bych mel jako starosta bordel v uctech. To vsechno, o cem jsem tu mluvil, jsou hadam docela solidni zaklady, na kterejch muze muj nastupce s uspechem stavet. Byly ale, a to neskrejvam, i nektery nedostatky: mladyho Mlcocha uz jsem tu zminil, ale vubec nejvic me mrzi, ze se nam nepodarilo polozit ten zakladni kamen ke stavbe novy a tolik potrebny cisticky, kterou jsme si napsali do volebniho programu -- teda jak znamo, voni ho polozili, ale nikdo dotedka.

VERY GOOD condition. Minor fading, rubbing and a hint of soiling to the covers. Newspaper clipping on Wojahn laid in at the rear, with some browning to the book in that area.

Inside front board bears the Ex-Libris library sticker of Robert Lenkiewicz, English painter. It is suggested that Dali, Dufresne's companion for five years, introduced her to Andy Warhol in 1963. 'Leave Dali', said Andy. 'He's too old'. Soon after, Isabelle metamorphosed into Ultra Violet becoming an intimate of Warhol's underground scene, here recollected. Bronx-born pop artist Steve Kaufman (1960-2010) advanced the use of the silkscreen process, and was most known for his recognizable use of vivid colors.
