8vo. xiv, 384pp. Blue cloth decorated in gilt on the spine and upper board in a design by H. J. Ford and with Ford's initials at the lower right of the upper board. Decorated endpapers. All edges gilt. Illustrated with eight full page color plates as well as numerous black and white full page plates. Trace of wear to the corners and edges else a near fine copy. Five of the color plates and seventeen of the black and white plates refer to the story of King Arthur. Of the 19 tales contained, 14 of them refer to the Arthurian tale.
